On a couple of broadcast, Jack uses a joke that doesn't get big laughs but he keeps repeating. The joke was "Like a moose needs a hat rack". Then he says that Norman Kraswell loved that joke. Who is Norman Kraswell?

Norman Krasna. He was a writer and also directed a few movies. He originated the "like a moose needs a hatrack" joke.
