Phil Harris On "The Johnny Cash Show"-1969

Postby TimL2005 » Mon Apr 10, 2006 10:34 pm

There is a neat site called YouTube.com which features videos from personal collections shared online. In looking up Johnny Cash videos (of which there are many) I came across video of Phil Harris and Johnny Cash from "The Johnny Cash Show" on ABC September 27, 1969..After a brief conversation, Phil and Johnny sing "That's what I like about The South"..Interesting for fans of Phil to see..

Excellent! Thanks! Too bad they didn't sing all 437 verses.

And, I can't help wondering what the combined blood alcohol level was on that stage!
