unusual October 1974 Jack Benny photo on eBay

Just ran across this photo someone's got on eBay.
It's a picture of Jack as he's leaving a hospital after a battery of tests.
The photo was taken October 25, 1974 - just two months before his death.
The snipe on the back of the photo reads:
"Jack Benny, 80, faced reporters when he left Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Los Angeles yesterday after five days of tests. The comedian became ill before a charity performance in Dallas. His ailment apparently was no more than stomach pains, but he said the real pain will come when he sees the bill."
