The "official" THE LUCY SHOW Season 5 was released this week. The season's premiere episode is "Lucy and George Burns." In addition to Burns, Jack appears in voiceover as himself as George's agent, in a telephone conversation.

This is the season of TLS' public domain episodes, and has been available for years on numerous bargain-basement collections. In this set, the CBS/Paramount prints used are pristine and never looked better.
