Si, Sy, routine re-created on "That's So Raven?"

Here is a Jack Benny / Raven-Symone question. Seriously.

Apparently the Disney Channel's "That's So Raven" utilized the "Si, Sy" routine in one episode, or at least a similar routine based on the original. Maybe it was just a few throw-away lines, who knows?

Thanks to the magical interwebs, a search brought up this oddball mention on somebody's equally oddball (in a good way) comedy theme message board, with a February 2006 posting.
Raven-Symone's show ran on Disney 2003-2007, so the episode in question would have aired sometime near, though not necessarily at, February 2006. So far this is all the info I can come up with.

The YouTube posting of Jack and Mel (from 12/18/62 At The Airport), in the Comments section, has a viewer mentioning "That's So Raven" borrowing or using something similar.

Would very much enjoy seeing this, has anyone else? So far having no luck, and it is driving me crazy... it's like trying to find something down in that vault!

Is there anywhere for you to watch the episodes on the net? One would assume that they're out there somewhere. First look for the ones from February of that year if you can.
