Jack Benny episode in XBOX 360 Game "L.A. Noire"

Just got this info in an email, fun!

I am not sure if you have heard this bit of news:

There is a new and incredibly popular video game out on the xbox 360 that deals with 1940s Los Angeles called a L.A. Noire. It's a sort of detective/crime solving game that takes place in a brilliantly recreated L.A. from circa 1947. The The video game's creators went through meticulous work to accurately recreate the feel and environment of that time period.

Anyways, I was driving around the city listening to the in-game radio, which features tunes from Louis Armstrong, Bing Crosby, and many more, when lo-and-behold an actual episode of the Jack Benny program came through my speakers! Being as big a fan of Mr. Benny as I am, I almost fainted! (It was the episode where Jack mistakenly receives a letter from his doctor saying he's pregnant. He also goes in for his license)

I immediately thought that it was so great that thousands of gamers could be exposed to Jack Benny through playing the game. Even years later, he is still working his way into our popular media. :)

Just thought that was a fun little tidbit to share
Your pal,
Buck Benny
