This year I found shoelaces with metal tips and sent them to four OTR fans who should know their Jack Benny lore. Each package had a tag saying "Do not open until Christmas" on it, but one friend opened his the day he got it. It took a day for him to get the joke. Now I am just waiting to find out from the other three.

I WAS going to send dates to all but decided to eat them instead while working on my watercolors.
