Phil's band plays 'Umbrella Man' - which show?

A lot of the tunes that Jack's musicians and singers performed haven't aged very well, but 'Umbrella Man' struck me as pretty catchy.

I know Kenny Baker sings it on 1938-11-13, but Phil's band plays an instrumental version of it a few years later but I can't remember which show.

Thanks in advance to anyone that runs across it and takes the time to clue me in.
