From the Golden gate of the Golden state, two more California winners in Eddy Duchin's national "radio open" will come to the microphones tonight on NBC.
Yvonne Doray and Kenny Baker, who won the Los Angeles auditions last week, moved into a coveted week's engagement with Duchin at the Coconut Grove, and the same good fortune awaits the man and woman who sing tonight.

Kenny Baker, the young tenor who has been singing so successfully at the Ambassador for the last nine weeks, has crashed the movies.
Darryl F. Zanuck has assigned him to an important role in the 20th Century-Fox production of "King of Burlesque."
Baker was born in Monrovia and has lived all his life at Long Beach and in Los Angeles, studying music at Long Beach Junior College and with Edward Novis.
Last year he had a successful season at the Biltmore Bowl and won his place at the Ambassador this Summer by winning a radio contract.
His appearance in "King of Burlesque" is his first appearance before the cameras.
