Mr. Kitzel's first name

As I stated, in the 'Margie' sketch from January, 1947, the castmembers were playing children, and he was referred to as 'Sammy' Kitzel. I don't recall a reference to his first name in any other show. Initially, of course, he was just called the hot dog man, then Jack started calling him Mr. Kitzel.

I don't recall hearing a first name for him when he was on with Al Pearce. He just called him "Kitzel" (no "Mr." on the few broadcasts I've heard).

In one of the Al Pearce shows, where (as I remember it) he's being "picked out of the audience" he's referred to as "C.B. Kitzel."
"What's the C.B. stand for?"
"COULD be...."

("COULD be..." was one of his catchphrases.)
