One of Jack's Vaudeville Bills - 1923

This is for the Orpheum in Kansas City on Feb. 14, 1923. Because of the limitations of a message board, I can't reproduce the sizes of the typeface—which any vaudevillian will tell you is crucial. But this is the order in which they appeared in a newspaper ad.

Jack and Clara Howard get billed side-by-side in the newspaper.

I don't know anything about these other acts, and I doubt that's Fanny Brice with two others, though she appeared on the Orpheum circuit. I would think by 1923, she'd be a solo.

I was hoping to see Fink's Mules :(

I looked to see who else was at other theatres, and other than Sliding Billy Watson (who made an act out of a banana peel), I was pleased I recognised one other act—Frawley and Louise. Bill Frawley was my favourite on I Love Lucy. I had read (in Wikipedia or some such unreliable source) he and his wife had seperated by 1923, but they're obviously still performing on stage. The newspaper noted that Frawley was appearing at a Junior Orpheum Circuit Theatre.
