Here's a vaudeville advertisement I found in the Manitoba Free Press from Feb.21, 1920 featuring the Ben K Benny and some obscure brother act.

And check this out...at the time, Jack had to FOLLOW the Marx Brothers. Jack talked about how it built his confidence, having to bring on his little violin-and-patter act after the Marx Brothers had the place in anarchic hysterics.

Several stories come out of this time that Jack was touring with the Marxes on the Orpheum Circuit. One is how Groucho introduced Jack to his favorite (and one of my favorite) humor writers, Stephen Leacock. And how Zeppo took Jack to a seder where he met a girl named Sadie Marks.
