On this date in 1944:

Composer Sues Benny
LOS ANGELES, Jan. 1 — Allen Kelty, Hollywood song writer, filed suit in Federal Court yesterday against Jack Benny, film and radio comedian; Dennis Day, singer on Benny's radio program, and others, charging copyright infringement of a song she contended she wrote and copyrighted, in 1937. She asked an accounting and an injunction.

Afraid not, Krl. Nothing in any of the papers. The specifics of "how" and which song aren't even outlined.
