This Week on Merv Griffin guest Jack Benny from 1973!

I watched his 1973 appearance on Merv Griffin last night on GetTV and he KILLED. Merv coaxed some interesting revelations out of Benny, such as his self-assessment that he was a wallflower at parties and that he was at an advantage versus Fred Allen during their mock feud in that Allen had only an hour to respond to Benny's insults while Benny's writers had a whole week.
