Jack Benny Program available in a Smartphone App

Hey JB fans,

It's been a long time since I posted here, but I have never forgotten my love for Jack Benny. And I finally broke down and bought a Smartphone (Android) and just love it. I also discovered an app called Old Time Radio, which is an incredible app that allows you to listen to a wonderful catalogue of old time radio shows, including from what I can tell is all of Jack Benny episodes from start to finish.

They're all there, probably pulled from archive.org before it lost the JB episodes. I've listened to a lot of them, and from what I can tell they include everything, but in some cases I've noticed a missing commercial or missing Dennis Day song, which may have been cut previously on archive.org. Plus, quality varies, as they tended to do on archive.

While they appear to be in chronological order, each is given vague two or three word titles, so it can be hard to seek out a particular episode you want to hear. However, it's still a great way to listen to any JB episode on your smartphone at any time you want.

Yeah, i have it too and i love it. Got my phone back in April and found this app soon after. I really wish they had the dates listed. Mine sometimes just closes out of the blue. Not sure if it's the app or my phone which has been freezing up a lot recently. As a matter of fact, a couple nights ago it froze and when i pulled out the battery, it stayed on. Finally shut off a minute later. Crazy phone. Awesome app.
