This week (December 6th-9th), Toronto's CFZM will broadcast four classic Christmastime episodes of Jack's radio program at 10:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, as part of their weeknight series "Theatre Of The Mind", which rebroadcasts classic radio shows.
CFZM is a 50,000-watt station at 740 on the AM dial; at night, it's signal can be heard through most of the Northeastern and Midwestern United States, as well as Eastern Canada.
Beyond those areas, you can hear the shows online. Just go to their website, http://www.740am.ca , and click-on the "Listen Live" link at 10:30 P.M. EST on the appropriate night.
Again, I don't work there nor know anyone who does. But I saw it promoted on the station's website and decided to let you know, for let's face it: Jack Benny had one of the most consistently hilarious and entertaining shows during the "Golden Age Of Radio", and unlike most radio comedy shows of that era, it's still hilarious and entertaining today!
