Lee Aubrey Riggs, who died in 1987 at 79 (Congestive heart failure. Draw your own conclusions, I guess.) was able to chant at 469 words per minute, believed to be the fastest in the world. Hence the nickname of "Speed."
He once participated in a comedy routine with Fred Allen in which he threw some extra words into the chant. But as far as what he actually was saying, only another tobacco auctioneer probably could tell you.
